Beauty brand guru Sam Ghusson and his wife, Suzanne, are giving another go at selling their Manhattan home.
As co-founder of Batallure Beauty, the award-winning product development and production atelier, Ghusson’s career has included working with stars — including Iman to create her first fragrance.
Now the Ghussons are looking to part ways with their Upper East Side perch for $14.5 million, down from $15 million last year. That’s far less than the $16.8 million they paid for it in 2012.
The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom prewar condo is at 823 Park Ave. between 75th and 76th streets.

At 4,184 square feet, the residence features four exposures and open views, including 45 feet over Park Avenue.
A private elevator opens to a 32-foot-long, double-wide open living room and library with a working fireplace at each end. There’s also an open eat-in chef’s kitchen. The main bedroom suite has three exposures, a walk-in closet and an ensuite marble bathroom.
Design details additionally include herringbone oak floors and 10-foot beamed ceilings. The 13-story building dates to 1920. It has 11 residences — plus a doorman, a concierge, a gym and bike storage.
The listing brokers are Lori E. McNichol and Irina Sher, of Douglas Elliman.

Ex-Brit turned Manhattan resident since 2008.
