Former home of Diane von Furstenberg’s granddaughter asks $10M

This West Village home, formerly rented by DVF co-chairwoman Talita von Furstenberg — granddaughter of Diane von Furstenberg — is now on the market for $10 million.

The residence, at 165 Charles St., comes with fashionable Hudson River and city skyline views.

Talita von Furstenberg lived there for the past few years, a source told Gimme Shelter.

At 2,541 square feet, the 10th-floor home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 35-foot terrace.

Interior furnishings are by the Italian design brand Minotti. Details include 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and double-glaze windows.

The home opens to a gallery leading to a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to that roomy terrace.

There’s also an open chef’s kitchen and a bedroom wing.

The main bedroom comes with an ensuite, spa-like bath.
