Four men shot standing outside Harlem bodega: cops

Detectives are looking for the shooter who blasted four men with bullets outside a Harlem bodega on Monday night.

Police said the shooting happened at about 8:16 p.m. on Nov. 15 near the corner of West 141st Street and Lenox Avenue, within the 32nd Precinct‘s confines.

Based on a preliminary investigation, law enforcement sources said the four men were standing outside the grocery store when the unidentified gun-slinger walked up to them and began firing. At this point, police have not yet ascertained what provoked the attack.

The shooter fled the scene in an unknown direction after firing the shot, cops said. No description of the individual was provided.

Authorities said three of the wounded victims — a 21-year-old man shot in the buttocks; a 22-year-old man hit in the arm; and a 23-year-old man with a thigh wound — all sought treatment via private means at Harlem Hospital. None of their injuries were considered life-threatening.

Police said a fourth victims, a 20-year-old man hit in the leg, was brought by EMS to Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening wound.

So far, no arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, law enforcement sources said.
