Suspect sought for slashing tires of 41 cars parked in Midtown and Chelsea: NYPD

The NYPD is looking for a suspect who slashed the tires of several cars parked in Chelsea and Midtown early Tuesday morning.

At 4:45 a.m. on May 10, it was reported to police that an unknown man slashed the tires of 41 cars parked along 7th and 8th Avenues. The suspect then fled the scene to parts unknown.

Police released photos and a video of the suspect taken from street surveillance footage:
